Your karmic journey through your different lifetimes has important historical lines in it to make up who you are today in total holistic terms. That is the way you think, react to any given circumstance - to how you contracted various illnesses. Just like your genetic make-up comes from your family tree, the roots of your origins often go back just as far into the history of your own Spirit.
Your Spirit can make fascinating reading if you wish to tap into it via your activated Spirit, who knows, you may have been a famous figure in history to be proud of!
It is only since the new millennium, that more changes have occurred to put you in touch with aspects that before this were only available to a select few, like the psychics of the day. Anyone now can tap into their Spiritual source and gain this knowledge; this is important when illnesses strike you down for no apparent reason, especially when you don’t know what is exactly wrong with you and even the medical profession are having trouble diagnosing your illness. Your Spirit within, may have had influence through past lives with unfinished dramas attached to them, that come crashing through to your cellular memory and into your body to invade you!

To be where you are today has to be part of your past, if you realise there are two parts to this part:
Your genetic past i.e. your family tree.
Your spiritual past i.e. your karma.
Then you have come a long way in understanding just who you are in its entirety!
In this way, understanding the term to “Know thyself” takes on a new meaning when put into its rightful context.
